I know it's just a documentary and not a 'film' per say...but what did you think about it?

I would classify it under the "spiritual film" genre. I personally think many documentaries would qualify.
I think it offers some valuable information... my only criticism would be that the film has a slight feeling of commercial gloss.. as if they are trying to sell you something. This trait puts some people off... but I was able to look past that aspect and go away with some fresh inspiration.

Wed, November 22, 2006 - 10:06 AMThat is EXACTLY how I felt...I did have to look past the 'sheen and gloss' of 'money, money, money!!!' ... but it was fairly easy to do.
I understand that to reach new people with these ideas, they have to connect with them first. The people who were put off, were not the folks they were really trying to reach. Those people already know this stuff...and want to see it packaged in a more authentic way. The Secret was made for people new to these ideas.
I had been using these ideas for over a decade and I was very inspired.
